We have completed a full risk assessment as a company which can be viewed here and we have implemented ten key customer commitments which all of ours staff will be adhering to, to keep themselves and our customers safe which can be found here. I would also respectfully ask customers to follow these new guidelines we have put in place to help us keep our branches a safe environment for our customers. We hope like us, you will feel confident to return to see us as we all adapt to our socially distanced way of life.
Importantly to maintain social distancing the branches will operate with a closed door policy only admitting one set of customers in each branch at any one time. To manage this efficiently appointments are encouraged so please feel free to call or email in advance and book your time slot so you know you will be able to get in to see your Travel Agent.
We hope that we will be seeing some of you, at a 2m distance, in our branches soon. We’ve really missed you and look forward to discussing your holiday dreams with you in the near future.
Fred. Olsen Travel are aware of the outbreaks of Covid 19 (Coronavirus) in various destinations around the world. We are committed to providing our customers with quality and stress-free holidays. We continue to follow the relevant Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice for all destinations our customers are travelling to. Should the Foreign and Commonwealth Office change to advise against travel for any of our customers, we will be in contact to discuss your options.

Unfortunately during this unprecedented situation, we have had to temporarily put some of our staff on furlough leave. We are still operating our business as usual albeit with a much smaller team of people, as we have to re-protect and re-book affected holidays and cruises for our existing customers. We are also booking a volume of existing and new customers for 2021 in an effort to avoid any future pricing increases that may inevitably happen.
Whilst we work through this, please do bear with us, as our excellent service may take a bit longer than usual. All our shop telephone numbers and email accounts will be monitored from our team working from home.In an effort to maintain our service standards we will be changing our business hours from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays and we will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Rest assured that we are here for you and it may take us longer than usual, but we are working on everything as quickly as possible.
Although we are operating with reduced staff numbers, this is just to help us get through the current situation the travel industry is facing.
We look forward to welcoming our staff and our customers back in to our stores when the current restrictions come to an end.
You can find all our shop telephone numbers and email addresses on our website.
For any urgent queries outside of our new opening hours, please do not hesitate to email me personally on paul.hardwick@fredolsentravel.co.uk and I will look to get back to you as soon as possible.
